Professionalism has always been a top priority for Denise Johnson. Before joining Dilbeck Realtors in 1985, Denise was involved in many community activities. As a 31-year resident of La Canada-Flintridge, Denise served the PTA for fifteen years. During those years she was Treasurer and President. She was also an active member of La Canada’s Thursday Club for thirteen years. Not only has she been an active member in the community but has been a leader in many family and community business ventures. With over 20 years of real estate experience with Dilbeck Realtors, Denise is a consistent top producer and a top agent at Dilbeck. In 2001 she was #3 in the La Canada Flintridge office and #5 in the company. Presently, she is in the top 1% of the company and a member of the prestigious Winner’s Circle and President’s Council. She is a member of the California and National Association of Realtors and Foothill Board of Realtors as well as an active member of the La Canada Chamber of Commerce. Denise has extensive experience working with buyers relocating from many states and has sold and listed property throughout the entire western San Gabriel Valley from Arcadia to Burbank. To a potential client, this means a top professional available to them at all times, day and night, providing knowledgeable, thorough service with excellent follow through. Julie Johnson-Milbrodt was raised and educated in La Canada-Flintridge and has eight years of marketing/media experience. Since graduation from the University of Santa Barbara, she has worked for Western International Media, the world’s largest media buying company, and K*B Toy Stores, a division of Consolidated Stores Corp., one of the largest retailers in the country. As a media buyer for these companies she has become very adept at negotiation skills. She has negotiated contracts that saved companies thousands of dollars. She is also an active member and officer of the Kappa Alpha Theta Pasadena Alumnae Chapter and lives in La Canada Flintridge.
